Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all courses and services provided by SOL CLARO.
1. Courses and Modalities
SOL CLARO offers group and individual Spanish classes, available online and in person at the academy.
2. Class Duration
Class duration is specified at the time of booking (45, 60 or 90 minutes, depending on the course).
3. Materials and Recordings
Educational materials are included in the courses.
Classes may be recorded for educational purposes. Access to recordings is limited to enrolled students.
4. Attendance and Missed Classes
Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes.
Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless otherwise stated.
5. Behavior and Participation
Respectful behavior is required at all times.
SOL CLARO reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is inappropriate or disruptive.
6. Image, Audio and Recording Use
Classes may be recorded or photographed for educational and internal purposes.
In some cases, images or short recordings may be used for promotional or communication purposes.
SOL CLARO will always respect the privacy of students.
If a student or legal guardian does not wish images or recordings to be used for promotional purposes, they may inform us in writing at any time.
7. Changes and Cancellations
SOL CLARO reserves the right to modify schedules, teachers or course formats when necessary.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided are the intellectual property of SOL CLARO and may not be shared, copied or distributed without permission.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By booking or participating in any course, you accept these Terms and Conditions.
