Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

2. Individual and Group Classes

Payments for individual and group classes are non-refundable once the course has started.

3. Missed Classes

Missed classes are not refundable and cannot be recovered.

4. Cancellations by SOL CLARO

If a class is canceled by SOL CLARO, it will be rescheduled or refunded.

5. Promotions and Special Offers

Discounted plans, promotions or special offers are non-refundable.

6. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of SOL CLARO.

7. Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchases

If you buy a course online as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as no lesson has been taken. Write to info@solclaro.com and we will refund the payment to the original card. Once the first lesson has taken place, the course is considered started and the rules above apply.

8. Payment Plans

A payment plan covers one course pack and the remaining monthly payments are due even if lessons are not attended. To pause or end a plan early, contact us; we will look at each case individually.

9. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any remaining balance after redemption is not refundable.
